Refund Policy

At Gain Gainz, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness services and resources. Due to the time, planning, and preparation involved in our programs and appointments, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are not provided for completed training sessions, digital products, downloadable resources, or services already rendered. If you need to cancel or reschedule a personal training session, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without prior communication may be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund. If Gain Gainz must cancel a scheduled session, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for that session. Refund requests for prepaid packages or special circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Gain Gainz. By purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
